The promotion is located on a land in the center of Nouakchott, near the road linking the city centre with the port and near to the Ministry of Oil.
The project involves the building of 34 apartments in 30 sqm modules with the possibility of joining two or more modules to form larger apartments, and also the construction of 10 single-family houses and the development of 73 plots of about 100 sqm. The implementation of this promotion is being built in three stages, the first one for the construction of the apartments and the second and third ones for the single-family houses and plots.
