This project is located in a land of about 12 hectares in the commercial and business new zone of development in Tetuan, at few meters from the motorway linking Ceuta with Tangier and between the Mediterranean cost of Martil and Costa Cabo (6 km away) and the historical centre of Tetuan.
On this land the construction of a modern residential complex of about 1,500 properties it is planned, with a surface from 60 sqm to 100 sqm distributed in buildings from 2 to 8 floors. The project, which will be developed in three phases, includes the building of a shopping and business centre and of a four-star hotel.
